Thank you! haha they do make us kick around! There are a couple of components to a grading: basics, kata, sparring, one-step sparring, and theory.
For black belt you have to submit an essay and pictures of you practicing karate, preferably at some spiritual location like ON A MOUNTAINTOP OR AT A WATERFALL - I am not making this up!
umm...I don't see myself getting a black belt any time soon...can we still take that trip anyway? ^0^ AN! Spring is here and it is glorious! Let's do many fun things ^___^
